Travel Information

If you are travelling by road then follow the A23 towards Gatwick until you see signs for Charlwood Village. For satellite navigation our postcode is RH6 0BT.

If travelling by bus then a local timetable can be viewed HERE.

Taxis are available from all local train stations including Gatwick airport and most local companies know exactly where we are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Dogs Allowed at the museum?

Dogs are welcome at the museum but must be kept under control at all times and on a lead within the museum building.  Please ensure you clean up after your dog.

What about scouts or educational visits?

Visits for groups etc outside of standard opening times may be arranged, please contact the museum for details. We do not ask for a donation from youth and education groups, although any donation offered is gratefully received.

Can i bring a group or make a party booking?

is there a cafeteria on site?

At present our catering facilities are limited but a selection of hot drinks, snackbars and ice-creams are available from our shop.
